Allan L. Armstrong
AttorneyAllan Armstrong was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. He graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 1985 and earned his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 1988. While attending Cumberland School of Law, Mr. Armstrong obtained numerous honors and awards. He served as Managing Editor of the Cumberland Law Review from 1987-1988.
Since graduating from law school in 1988, Mr. Armstrong has enjoyed a diverse practice primarily focusing on the rights of individuals who have suffered harm and hardships at the hands of others. He has been involved in civil litigation on the state and national levels. Mr. Armstrong has been a frequent lecturer and published author in the legal community throughout his professional career. His practice currently concentrates on employment and labor law, civil rights law and consumer protection advocacy. Mr. Armstrong has been involved in complex litigation, including collective and class actions, throughout his career.
